Event Description

Lawson’s Landing is a fishing and boating resort and campground, situated at the mouth of Tomales Bay, California— known for generations of families as a place to escape the heat and to rest along the shores of the Pacific Ocean.

Camping is in meadows surrounded by sand dunes (and often cows) with the Pacific Ocean and Tomales Bay a short walk away. Camping is $26 a night.

We will be arriving early Friday and block off an area big enough for us all.

Comment by Blake on August 8, 2011 at 6:48pm: Yay! looking forward to seeing everyone! We are taking Friday off as well. Reservations are recommend. They'll let you in as long as there is room. It's a huge place, you probably won't have a problem- but...we haven't been there in a couple years so I can't know for sure.

Comment by Blake on August 9, 2011 at 8:05am: My experience is that they will let you in. Come earlier on Friday (before 5pm) and you shouldn't need reservations.
