Event Description
Join us for our usual commotion at Sandy Beach Park in Rio Vista, California. The Tent of Doom will be there, so we'll have fun rain or shine.
The park has electrical hookups at every site, so bring your electric heaters if you want to. You may need a 110 v. adapter to use their hookup.
As usual, bring wood, bring wine, bring munchies. If there's demand for a potluck, bring something for that, too.

There were some noises at the recent campout about making Friday night "Chili Night" and using the little ovens to make some cornbread. What do all y'all think?

Hilda and I are trying to get back into the swing of things with the bus...hope to show up some time on Sat. Is there an activity for dinner on Sat. Last year most went to Rio Vista for dinner.

No plans for a potluck at this point. As you mentioned, there's a restaurant within waking distance for them as likes that.

In the past, Robb McElroy (the cat with the Sportsmobile van) made a community pot of chili. We could always make "biker's stew", which is actually quite good and "scales" well.

Damn, I knew I forgot something...
I just called them and left a message to reserve spot 18, where I was last year. Their recording says that they'll call back within 48 hours.
