Cabinet Locks

Hi!

I'd like to minimize my Bullet blender, among other items, from becoming a projectile if I'm involved in a crash. Can you recommend cabinet locks?

I have a Eurovan, but I'm sure any VW cabinet locks with do the trick. While I'm at it, I might as well install lock and key locks, for those times when I'm away from my van for an extended period of time, assuming I can unlock the cabinets and keep unlocked without having to use the key each and every time to shut the cabinets.
