I haven't bought any new parts yet. I'm waiting to see what condition the core is in. Maybe the first thing I get will be a new case...<br />

I Checked Buggy House for their machining prices, according to Sean;<br />
1. Machine for bigger bore $120<br />
2. Drill and tab for full flow $60<br />
3. Align Bore $60<br />
4. Drill and tap for the rear three mounting bolts $100<br />
<br />
That's $340 if I did everything. At a min. I would do the bigger bore and full flow for $180.<br />

Since I can't edit my original post it seems, I'll just add one thing. Go on Friday or Saturday when Sean is working. The other guy that works up front, Kevin, is a cool dude to talk to but I swear he has A.D.D. James, who works in the back, is super knowledgeable and I believe also the machinist.

There's the Buggy House in Hayward on Mission Blvd (510) 582-7847. I go there all the time now; they're a good group of guys although I've never used their machining services.
