<p>On my Van the rod that held the stove knob was snapped off, so I emailed Lucas at GoWesty and he found me a replacement burner valve. It was pretty easy to install, you just need a crescent wrench and an open-end wrench thats the right size. It sounds like the leak is in the burner valve so replacing it should do the trick.</p>
