Event Description

Greetings. It's that time again. What time you ask ? Well, it's time for the Fantastically Fantastic Fullbelly Fall Food Fest. Sandy Beach CG in Rio Vista is the place to be. As of this writing, the Campground has lots of spots . Party Central can be at site #4. Rain or shine. There may or may not be shelter for us to hunker down under but more on that as we get closer. We'll have the usual pot luck on Saturday around 3pm since it'll be getting dark around 5ish. Generate more chatter in the comment section.

Remember the motto.. Bring Wood-Bring Wine. Oh, and perhaps some food for Saturday.

Comment by Blake on October 10, 2025 at 7:08am: Regis and Scott, I sent out some invites to other van people I have camped with the in the past to see if they want to join. I’m not sure if I will get any interest. They range in all types of van ownership, not just VWs. They are all great people

I'm thinking that volks, peeps, folks or any of the general populace wanting to come to the event have until oct 31 for a nov 14 booking. Check the website for more detailed info.

In keeping with Brit stereotypes, I can bring spuds and make mashed potato, and boil some green veg for the pot luck. Does anyone have space to share with me in an 18'5" van on Saturday? Happy to go halves on the cost of both nights.
