 k in is at noon on Thursday, May 16th.  One lucky bus or van (includ
 ing occupants) will get their camping for free from Ranger Chris! Only
  Ranger Chris knows what lucky camper this will be. \nThere is no suc
 h thing as reservations for this event! Drive in and pick your spot or
  join another camper and make new friends.\n\nThe campground is closed
  to the general public until Memorial Day. But, Ranger Chris opens it 
 JUST FOR US the weekend before! It’s a secret - it’s special! Trus
 t us - this is our 16th year! The gate will open this year on Thursday
 , May 16th at noon. That’s right - we are adding one more day to thi
 s amazing weekend.\n\nThere will be space for you - no reservations ne
 eded. We have never turned anyone away. We love that this event bring
 s 60-80 VW’s every year!\nWhat makes this event so special - the bea
 utiful setting in the redwoods, hot showers, flush toilets, dishwashin
 g stations, access to a private beach on the Russian River just across
  the road. It’s a short drive to Korbel Winery or Stumptown Brewery 
 and downtown Guerneville.\nWe do encourage sharing your space if we ha
 ve a large turnout.\nSimply RSVP here so we know how many to expect or
