Looking for VW friends to 'join us' on our USA road trip

We're looking for VW friends to join us virtually or meet us face to face as we drive 4000 miles across the USA from our old home in Oregon to our new one in Massachusetts. We're in SF, California now, heading south to LA (then maybe Vegas) before heading south and east. Any suggestions?

I joined your FB page-happy trails! Keep your eye on the event calendar here as there are now events popping up all over the country. If you're passing through sacramento, give a shout-out and we'll round up the posse for you.
