I vote for camping in the ouachita's, near Forked Mtn. there's a perfect little flat spot up there to park and camp. i have a few things i need to do to button up the bus, but other than that i'm ready

thats called blue hole area.there is also a small cave at the top of the mtn to crawl around in.we also go to dragover on the ouachita river to float/fish/camp easy to get there and no shuttle for boats is needed.just a short 5 min walk over the hill back to camp area.we are planning a overnite trip on the mulberry river april 15/16 for all who want to come.

 hi  I am retire Californian living at beaver lake .spring and fall .own a 1971 vw westy and 1982 diesel  vanagon. would like to hook up at one of you camping trip.want to see this beautiful natural state of yours  as much as possible.                      hope to see you all . rocky
