WHICH DO YOU PREFER - this group or Facebook VW Women's group?
Hi everyone, After I set up the Facebook VW women group, it became obvious that many members liked that better, judging from the amount of interaction in that space by members and posts from others besides me.
However I am aware that some of the members here may not like Facebook, so this is a chance for you to say which you prefer and if you'd like both groups to continue.
Please make a comment so that we can continue with one or both to suit members' tastes.
And also please let me know if you did not receive an invitation to join the Facebook group. You need first to join Facebook and then send me a friend invitation, before sending me a request to add you to the Facebook VW Women group, because it is private and cannot be found by searching facebook.
In this VW Camper Family group hosted by ning, our discussions and comments can be read by all camper family members, I believe, so the level of privacy is different, too.

Some petty person reported me for using my name the way I did ever since I first had a facebook account which I made way back when facebook started up... so I gave them my state id with my name and DOB, if they accept they do, if they don't, they don't. I will miss the good friends I made through facebook and all the info I had stored there as I thought it safe but I will get over it and find more to do with life than waste on the computer. To the mean, petty person who reported me, well, karma will get them in the end.

Hi Diane, Sorry. Why would anyone do that? And why is it a problem to use another name, anyway? I am sorry to hear that happened. Are you leaving FB for good? Hope not.

I was granted access to my account last night. I have an idea who did it, I do not recall the names, only the faces. And it all began when I shared the gals shoe & bag painting business; it was a gal who was upset that I posted it... (well, two gals, one in each group) Like I said, some people are just down-right mean. But I triumphed in the end. I made the choice to leave the groups I had that posted in to avoid further conflict and no reflection on you what-so-ever. Thank you, I am sure you understand.
