The '89 Camper was a factory pickup by my friend's parents, driven around Europe for months, brought back to Texas and all over the Natl Park circuit, then given to Kristen, who drove it home to NorCal from Houston. The Savannah Beige Weekender is an '86 and I am the third owner. It was originally an Oregon car and was always well cared for before being sold to a family member here in Sonoma county who had it two years and sold it to me. I tried to get Kris to sell me hers for years before I just gave up and finally found another, and I've found that the Weekender version is a better fit for me and my style of camping, anyway. Not that you asked for that story, but I always like to know the history of admirable vehicles, particularly older ones. Part of being a certifiable Vehicle Freak, I guess. Glad you liked our driveway shot. TW
