Event Description
Join us for George's 40th Birthday at Live Oak Recreation area. Camping is $10/night (cheap). Day use is $5/day (still pretty cheap) if you don't want to camp but want to visit us on Saturday and share the cake. This will be rain or shine -- we'll have the Tent of Doom there.
Bring wine, firewood, and your sweet selves.
The site has no flush privies or showers but does have well-maintained port-a-potties.

My thanks to everybody who showed up and helped make this event a success!
The camp hosts were very impressed with us, and we're invited back any time. (Well, actually, they said "Your cars are welcome back any time, and y'all can come along, too.")
I'm thinking of using this site again next fall, maybe after the fall Finnon Fest.
