One of the "MOST" important things I have to do is mount my Hula Girl but I'm not sure how to go about it.  How did you mount yours?

Well, it's not a hula girl, but we have our "mascots" Maneki Neko (Beckoning Cat, Lucky Cat) super-glued to a round metal covered 25 lbs magnet, and our $1 Goodwill Orca with VW Mr. Bubblehead in his jaws is glued to a 15 lb rectangular magnet. We have an all metal dash, and Lucky Cat migrates to the overhead fan vent sometimes.
Our mascots on magnets (even our stickers are on magnetic sheeting):

Ours is on there with double sided tape. I'm confident that the only thing that will take it off will be a misplaced foot someday...
Thanks for the ideas!
I am all set to mount my friend to my dash. Not sure just how yet. But it will be done.

Hope the pic shows up?
Where did you get the match box??
WalMart... Every time the wife needs something from wally world or target, I make sure I swing by the toy section. It only pays off 1 out of every 20 times or so, but that 1 time is pretty cool.

It looks just like yours except maybe the year. Do you want it?

The thin 3M double sided tape works really well. You can tell it's the right stuff because the peel off part is red.
Great fat & sassy mama!

My wife got a Dashboard Jesus for her birthday. We haven't mounted it yet, but would that count as a good substitute for a Hula Girl?
There is always the vintage Italian magnetic dashboard Jesus.

Totally counts, everyone has a co-pilot of some sort or the other...!
