Sunshine Daydream (Pinnacle, NC)

It'll be time for the xth annual Sunshine Daydream Campout July 1-4, 2011. Located at Jomeokee Campground in Pinnacle, NC, just south of Pilot Mountain. Its a great place if you haven't been there before. Directions can be found here: http://www.baywindowbus.com/jomeokeedirections.htm

Not one to miss. Should be as low key this year as any campout with this crowd allows. Well, there will be fireworks. LOTS of fireworks. I think Mark likes setting off fireworks as much as he does drinking turkey and ginger ale. And the grin on his face when you combine the two a spectacle everyone should experience once in their lifetime.

Things to bring:
A fan (or, if you're dixie, a window ac unit). There is plenty of power, and it can get rather hot during the day, so naps will require some kind of artificial cooling.

Swimwear-There is a state owned section of the Yadkn river about 7 miles away from the campground. It makes for a nice refreshing afternoon trip.....

Fireworks-the more the merrier.

Food and beverages- of your liking Lots of beverages. You'll go through them quick. Its guaranteed. That and at 1 am when I run out (or greg has stolen all of mine), I need a backup plan.
