VW Camper Family

A camping forum for VW bus and camper owners.

VW Camper Family

Hey everyone! If you found this, you found the online home of some very offline people - The VW Camper Family. People into VW bus and van camping. Get involved in the forum or check out the upcoming events. If you are into VW buses, vanagons, eurovans and camping, you should hang out with us. Really, you should.

Post an event: Post an event that you are organizing or know about. People can RSVP right in the event. Please make any comments about the event on the event's page.

General Forum:
This area is for threads of interest to any VW camper.

PLEASE JOIN THE GROUPS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN! THAT'S WHERE THE EVENT PLANNING HAPPENS! Groups can be created as specific needs come up. Things that are a help to all people, like "campground reviews", are perfect for this category. Or groups in a specific location.

Just two so far:
1. Be nice.
2. Keep the content specific to VWs and camping. All other threads, photos, videos, etc will be removed.

"I think the Scotch while it lasted was Auchentoshan. Don't ask me how to pronounce that, unless you are drunk and I am too. The grassy area opposite that site (marked X) might also be good for TOD, if it doesn't slope too steeply and if…"

"Site 39 might work. Fire pit would not necessarily be centered but there is open space at that site. That's where I camped last year. And, no Joe, I am not volunteering your site."

"If we don't get that same fantastic weather this year (which has been a wet one), I would be happy to bring the now-repaired Tent of Doom. But I'm not sure there'd be a place with enough space to pitch it. Joe?"
