Freeze Dried Garlic and other goodies

I've been following posts by Overland Gourmet on FB. They served up a righteous meal at SyncroFest last month. They specialize in food products and supplies for outdoor cooking (i.e. camping, long trips, etc.) They just posted this link to LiteHouse brand freeze-dried garlic. Turns out LiteHouse also has freeze-dried basil, now wouldn't that be fantastic?

Cool site thanks for the info/links!    They have a 5 pack of freeze dried herbs on sale right now... would be nice to have on hand.
