WHY are we painting Otto??? Take a look!

Otto is in very good shape overall...except his exterior is kind of an eye sore. There are about 3 different colors of orange paint, alone, on Otto: a dark orange, a school bus yellow/orange, and the original orange. And it's not like they're in clean cut lines either--they are in random splotches (is that a word?). There are also areas of just bare brown primer on Otto (like along the sliding door line, and around some of the doors and windows). And to top it all off, there is some rust. Not too much, really, but definitely enough to catch the eye. The worst rust spots are around the rear-view mirrors, beneath the bottom of the window seals, and that top lip just beneath the pop top.
