Buses Bythe Bridge 1/13/2012 My 1st!!

Got home @ 1am from BBB @ Lake Havasu. My friends bus had a serious breakdown & we had to be towed home but had a great weekend anyway. Even the wait to be rescued was not without it's share of good times. We were looked in on by many a VW's the drove by & the last one was a couple of young guys who stayed until help got there! They played their guitars & sang to keep us entertained & then helped push the bus up on a tow dolly!! A great many thanks were given out yesterday to the great folks who cared!!!!!!!! I LOVE VW PEOPLE!!! My friend made a comment that rings so true...if we were broken down by the side of the road in a Ford van, how many other Ford vans do you think would pull up & help us out?? It's b/c VW Bus folks understand & care!!! <3

And, an update on my friends bus, she is currently undergoing repairs & NOT replacement!! That was a relief to hear!! Just getting psyched up for the next bus adventure we get to embark upon!! ;) Happy VW Camping!!
