12th Annual Big Sur Buses and Boards campout July 2023

If you are a rugged individual that likes cool Volk's and camping next to Sand Dollar beach in Los Padres national forest please read on. A group of us have been doing this for over 12 years and have a few extra open spots, as we were able to secure several large group sites last year. As a personal devote of SOTO we are hoping to get one area just for VW "Splitties" but all other areas are a mix of air-cooled and early VW’s. This is an RSVP only event because of limited spots. We already have several Golden Gate Chapter Volk’s on the list for a July 2023 long weekend!!! We will be hanging our first general organizational meeting at Kelley Park. More info at the website.

Tent camping, no electricity, pets allowed, 20 concrete stair steps to cozy camp area from Bus parking spots, no cell signal and just a 10 min. walk to Sand Dollar Beach.
