If you are a rugged individual that likes cool Volk's and camping next to Sand Dollar beach in Los Padres national forest please read on. A group of us have been doing this for over 12 years and have a few extra open spots, as we were able to secure several large group sites last year. 12th Annual Thanksgiving Warm-up and Food Fest at Sandy Beach Park, Rio Vista, CA

This is #12! We missed last year, but let's hope we can all be back together again to consume food and make merry! We are going back to Sandy Beach in Rio Vista, CA. This is our annual practice run and food fest  before Thanksgiving. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS RESERVATIONS FOR THIS EVENT.The campground is closed to the general public until Memorial Day. But Ranger Chris opens the campground Friday morning JUST FOR US. It's secret!
