THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS RESERVATIONS FOR THIS EVENT.
The campground is closed to the general public until Memorial Day. But Ranger Chris opens the campground Friday morning JUST FOR US. It's secret! It's special. We've been doing this for 6 years!!!! Trust us. The campground will be open on Friday. There will be space for you. Thanks!
Simply RSVP here so we have an idea on how many might show up and then show up! No worries!

ADVENTURER AWARD
We will be announcing the winner of the Schoolhouse Canyon Park / VW Camper Family "Adventurer Award". The award will be awarded to the bus that drives the most miles between Bus City 8 and Bus City 9. Buses must be present at the campout in 2017 (and had to be at 2016) to win!
Also Schoolhouse owns 30 acres across the street and a private beach just for the campground. It's just a five minute walk down the river trail. So bring your swim suits!

We are leaving from Folsom on Friday morning. Taking the "blue highways" by way of Winters and Lake Berryessa en route to camp. Let us know if you want to join us? As always, we'll keep an eye out for you. Happy and safe journeys.

I haven't updated the meeting time but we usually meet up at the Starbucks on Roseville Road and Watt ave. around 8.30am. We haven't really discussed a route but if you want to meet up with us that would be great. We are open to any route, so may just go with yours. Kim

Just curious being a first-timer to this event and knowing how small the campground is. How do we all fit? What's the etiquette? Are camping sites shared with other similarly situated families etc? Or is it like first come, first served re picking a site? Cheers.

OK, a few days ago I went from attending to NOT attending. Now it's a maybe, but if we do attend, we would probably arrive Saturday am. Is this OK? Will there be any spaces left? What would be a reasonable arrival time without waking up too many sleepy heads?
Of course if there was anyone willing to share a site with us, they better like smoked Salmon :-)

I hope to get there early and would be happy to share. I have to leave early on Sunday morning. Many of thecamp sites are are quite large so hopefully we can all squeeze in

It's confirmed that we are attending. Odds are it will be Saturday am arrival, but maybe my WAY better half might want to come up Friday latter afternoon.
