Event Description
We are going back to Sandy Beach in Rio Vista, CA. This is our annual practice run and food fest before Thanksgiving. Reserve sites soon as they may go fast if the sport fishermen/women come back this year. Make reservations here:

The geezer rate is available to those of you that qualify. Otherwise, be prepared, it has gone up to $34 per night.

So. How it goin'?
Just a quickie, note, that is. Claire penned in as attending and contacted me about a share. I replied to her about site four that I picked up as an overflow and she is welcomed to camp there. The second half of site four is open. I'll be in 18 and can also share the second half.

Site 2 or 4 might be worthy. It was at site 17 one year but I don't think we have that one. I plan on taking that Friday off and want to be there at checkin time to set up the shelter(s). Anyone else coming up early?

Site 6 and 8 are FCFS sites. They are kinda openish for a gathering spot, if memory serves.

I also have Friday off and am on Bird Duty. Prolly won't arrive until after noon. Really looking forward to this food fest. Even if it is raining, just like the olden days.
