Event Description
Join us in the beautiful Napa Valley at Napa Bothe State Park for a celebration of the full moon. We'll enjoy pre-prandials and Thanksgiving-style fare at the Saturday night potluck dinner. This park does not take reservations after November 1 and is usually half-empty this time of year. If we're lucky, Joel will bring the deep-fryer for the turkey and JLT will bring the Tent of Doom to ward off the chill. That's about the time the surgeon will put Mike back together, so we are still flakes (or waffles) about whether we can camp or not--variation on a theme for 2010, it seems. Congrats Brett and EP on the little V-dubber on the way!

Ya know, we don't even know at this point if Joel will bring his deep-fryer. If not, we punt! Bring eats or drinks, no cooking required!

I checked my work schedule and the weekend is open for camping. I'll stop by the nearby supermarket to pickup something for the dinner.

It will be nice to see you, Bud! We can coordinate menu items closer to the big event. Joel is bringing the deep-fryer-yay! This year, I will inject the brine solution, rather than marinade the bird.
