Event Description
Our annual escape from Superbowl Madness. It will be our usual set-up .... wine, food, companionship (bring the wine and bring or buy the wood). Also, musical instruments are welcome, and maybe we can jam a little.
Friday night is pizza night ... bring your little Coleman camp ovens or use ours, and make and bake an 8" pizza. (You provide ingredients, of course.)
Saturday will probably bring the return of our culinary potluck/contest with anything eligible that is usually served in a bowl ...chili, soup, whatever.
Party Central will be spot #4. As usual, it will be rain or shine, and if it's rainy, the Tent of Doom, the Annex of Despair, and possible a few TOD clones will keep us all dry.

Well, Weather Underground is predicting 1/4" on Friday, 1/20" on Saturday, and 1/50" on Sunday. I think we can live with that, since we'll have the Tent of Doom and Annex of Despair at least, and if anybody has a 10 x 10 popup or equivalent, we could probably use that, too.

Shelby has dropped out as she is concerned about precipitation; she's afraid that she'll melt or something?
We also have Kim & Bob, Dave & (the newly retired) Yolanda along with Oscar & Cristina.
Word has it that there will be some very stiff competition for the cook-off.

Glad to hear it!
I've got a bit of a mystery here. When I was packing my trailer, I couldn't find the curtains that go on either end of the Tent of Doom. They usually live in a blue dacron stuff bag. There are four possibilities:
1. They were stolen from the trailer when it was broken into last June, on my trip up to Oregon, and I didn't notice they were missing.
2. I left them in Oregon.
3. I left them at an SCA event in October, when we set up the TOD, and didn't notice that they didn't go back into the trailer with everything else when I packed down.
4. I left them at Rio Vista after the Thanksgiving thing.
Numbers 2 through 4 are unlikely, since I'm usually pretty good at making sure nothing of mine is left. Nonetheless, the curtains are missing. If anybody can help me solve this mystery (like they ended up with you maybe), please let me know.
