Event Description

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS RESERVATIONS FOR THIS EVENT!

The campground is closed to the general public until Memorial Day. But, Ranger Chris opens it JUST FOR US Friday morning. It’s secret and it’s special! Trust us - this will be our 15th year! The campground gate will be open on Friday at 9 am.

There will be space for you - no reservations needed. This event has had anywhere from 60-80 VWs. There will be room for you. We do encourage sharing your space if we have a large turnout.

No early birds please! Friday is the first day you can come. You are welcome to extend your stay if you want to stay the week.

Simply RSVP here so we know how many to expect and then just show up. For those of you who show up, you know why you come back.

Cash only, firewood available, showers and flush toilets, and awesome hosts!

Private beach on the river across the street, Korbel just down the road or take a quick trip into Guerneville.

Comment by John LaTorre on December 8, 2022 at 11:36am: The bus is up on stands at the moment... I'm rebuilding the rear brakes (new shoes and cylinders) but it should be up and running again soon. I hope I see you before May, though!

Comment by John LaTorre on April 30, 2023 at 11:19am: Labs are fine, Jeff. The only prohibitions are breeds that were bred to fight, such as bulldogs and pit bulls, AFAIK.
