I am wondering how ya light up a potato?

Comment by Kris Hansen on November 2, 2014 at 9:08am

I think maybe if ya put some of that tequila on it that you brought last year, it would light up pretty darn good :)  I'm glad that you can make it Bruce, I'm sure it is going to do you a world of good :)

Soccer games are later than I thought, so we will be a late arrival, likely around 4:30 on Friday. Still, would like to meet everyone so we will make the quick trip. Since you all eat so early we will try to bring some kind of dessert ;-)

Dinner time isn't set in stone.  Usually depends on when everybody gets finished with their prep.

Don't wait on us. We'll bring some dessert, fire wood, an adult beverage or two, and maybe even some instruments to play around the fire.

Do you mean , late arrival 4:30 on Saturday?

Since the bird will cooked on a Weber, the drippings may be short.  Might need a creative or alternative way to make some gravy.

Maybe the license plate on the wheel barrow should read, Tequila Taxi.

Yeah he did... what do ya expect from a "Picker"? He is strung out (pun intended) :P

On serious alcohol note: Who here drinks booze that is not wine? I am going through my dads stuff... OMG! Stuff I bought him and he did not drink because he did not want to run out, so he would buy really cheap shit and drink that (go figure)

I am thinking of bringing partials and unopened stuff... do a raffle kind of thing... everyone gets x amount of names in a hat and I just draw them out or make a game of it or...

Some sample... 80% full Johnny gold, unopened Johnny green (no longer made), 1.75 liter Crown, Crown Cask, some scotches. Hennessy etc...

Tequilas have been spoken for :)
