How about a red wine labeled 'Train Wreck"? You can look forward to that and "El Portal" (another railroad reference) at this year's TS3. Not to mention the SWAG that has started arriving from our sponsors.

If someone has a small digital projector, we could have a Train Movies night! We can just project the movie onto the side of a white bus.

YES YES YES to movie night!

A note on projection: I've considered this for Fall Finnon Fest. Was there power near the campsites? You'd need speakers too.

A good thing we have used to project on in the past is a canvas painter's tarp. They are thick and off white. You apply a coat of bright white paint to it before going on the trip and it makes a nice projection screen.

Brett brought up the power issue. Maybe I'll just load some movies onto the iPad and we'll set up a little viewing station. That way,  powering a projector or monitor won't be an issue. In addition, we'll have a selection of railroad themed tunes from JLT for our musical enjoyment.

"Runaway Train?"

"The Great Train Robbery?"

"Murder on the Orient Express?"

"Silver Streak?"

(I vote "Silver Streak" ... I haven't seen that one in a while, and Richard Prior really shines in that one.)

Potluck on Saturday night???  I'm not trying to control the event. I heard there was going to be a potluck and I was asked to start a food list. Click on the link below and edit your contribution.
