Event Description
Time to camp in the "Valley of the Moon" in Sonoma. Or if you wish, continue celebrating St. Patty's Day at Sugar Loaf Ridge State Park. It will be a full moon that weekend and spring will be in the air! The campground is set amongst grasslands and oaks. There are many hikes in the area. One short hike leads to a waterfall. A creek runs through the campground with a large field inside the main loop. There are wineries nearby to explore.
There will be the traditional Saturday night potluck, so bring some chow, and of course the requisite wine and firewood!

Well, if the King of Kampn says it's off, it's off. As for me, I'm willing to chance it. After all, they were calling for rain here in Sacramento, and it's been sunny most of the day.I expect we'll get some rain, but not all the time.
The question is: are the people who paid in advance going to be able to get refunds? IIRC, the ReserveAmerica system won't give full refunds. They keep the booking fee at least. (But if we all do cancel, I'll go halves with Mike on whatever he wasn't able to recover.)

I will be cancelling also. Sorry. see you all next time. I have to go to reno also on fri. in the VA van if it goes over the summit. Just in the mountains its alway kinda iffy. Have a good time. See you at the next one......

Looking forward to a great camping weekend rain or shine. I don't have a wood supply so I'll pick up a case of Hotwood. I'll bring some wine to contribute, but I'm mostly an ale drinker, so I'll bring some of that. Also some pupu's.

Damn!
My van just died in Pleasant Hill. Not sure what the problem is. It just started to slow down and I limped off the freeway. Hopefully it's nothing major, I'll keep y'all posted.
