I don't want to duplicate efforts. I haven't been able to find any as of yet... but there are so many Westy's on the road down here!

Hi So Cal volks! One of these days we need to organize a campout for the Northern and Southern California campers somewhere in the middle. Los Padres National Forest? Central Coast? I'll put my thinking cap on...

Great idea, westywoman! Central Coast might be easiest. Perhaps somewhere near SLO... lots of pretty mountains in the eastern part.

The San Luis Obispo area would be a great place to have a North/South meet up...or maybe even Sequoia National Park. We will have to get our thinking caps on and come up with a plan here. We do live in a big state with a lot of wonderful opportunities.

Anyone in the LA area? Would love just to cruise on a nice Sunday....a little camper caravan.... Camping is totally something I want to do soon... Sequoia sounds awesome.
