Wine lovers, listen up! Up the road from Rio Vista is Clarksburg. (It has its own appellation!) I highly recommend wine-tasting at Bogle Vineyards (boglewinery.com) or the Sugar Mill, which houses 4 wineries, including this one: http://www.carvalhowines.com. I recently went to a from-the-barrel bottling event there-fun!
