The place is holding aside 10 spots for us. The way to get yours is to send your contact info and a check to:
MVFA
9009 Orvel Becket Court
Placerville, Ca 95667-9040
It's $20 a night and they need at least 1 night to hold your spot. So you can send $20 or you can send $40 by check. If you send $20 and are staying 2 nights, you'll owe $20 when you show up.
AND - to make sure you are with the group when you arrive, write "VW Campers" on your check memo or a note when you send in your check to let them know to put you with the group.
A full refund will be given as long as they cancel the Wednesday before your arrival.
So, get excited! Plan your bus costumes, pumpkin designs and disco outfits now. Okay, maybe that last one only applies to me.
Be prepared to Trick or Drink.

Last year there were a few decorations from what I understand. I guess dressing up the buses would be cool, but I'm lazy and just want to hang out by a campfire with you guys. I might still try to think up a decoration...

Mike - I'll emailed them back to remind them that they had you on an earlier list. I have an email from them that confirms you signed up so I bet she just left you off of the most recent email. Like I said, I reminded her. Thanks!

I spoke to them last week and a key person has been out on a medical leave. They may be just a bit disoriented..
