Event Description
On March 31, 1965, I almost died. Every day since then has been a day I didn't deserve. It's been a gift, and I've had almost fifty years of them. I'd like to celebrate these gifts with some other gifts I've been given over the years ... the friendships I've collected from some of the most wonderful people I've had the pleasure to know.
I'll bring the Tent of Doom and wine. You bring wine, wood, and you sweet selves.

It's a very short story, and not very exciting, since I was unconscious a good deal of the time. And needless to say, the humor quotient is very, very low.
But a potluck Saturday wouldn't be out of place, for those what want to participate in it.
BTW, it looks like the weather gods will be smiling on us. Highs near seventy, and lows in the mid-forties, and no rain to speak of.

They used to sell ice at the little store by the boat launch, but I'm not sure if they still do. You might try to give the park a call.

Historically, the campground opens the other two sections from April 1st. The store has been open at same time due to more peeps wanting to get their camp-on.
I just don't know its open at this time. I have been there recently and did notice them getting it set up.
Knowing that the marina has ice is a bonus.
