Event Description

Greetings. It's that time again. What time you ask ? Well, it's time for the Fantastically Fantastic Fullbelly Fall Food Fest. Sandy Beach CG in Rio Vista is the place to be. As of this writing, the Campground has lots of spots . Party Central can be at site #4. Rain or shine. There may or may not be shelter for us to hunker down under but more on that as we get closer. We'll have the usual pot luck on Saturday around 3pm since it'll be getting dark around 5ish. Generate more chatter in the comment section.

Remember the motto.. Bring Wood-Bring Wine. Oh, and perhaps some food for Saturday.

Comment by regis101 on August 22, 2025 at 4:42pm: Ok. So. Don't judge. I did my best to throw this on the calendar. Gotta to keep tradition alive. I just tried to book site 4 but it crashed. Went back in but it's showing 4 as not available. I'll let 'er cool down and retry in a little while. However, Any of the sites are fine for Party Central. #4 has historically been user friendly. As of this writing, That loop that we usually take is wide open. So break out those credit card(s) and book a site. I'm not sure If there will be shelter but fingers crossed. Perhaps I'll ask to borrow if need be. Worry about that later.

Anywho.. bugle call. Book them site(s). Don't be a Turkey. (see what I did there).

Comment by regis101 4 hours ago: Anything on the 2-20 loop is ok. After a belly full of food and a couple cocktails, you may not wake up in the same bus you came in with. But we'll straighten all that out before you leave.

Comment by regis101 4 hours ago: Sites 2 down to about 8 or 9 might get affected by the sewer plant depending on wind direction. But it's not bad. The other side of the campground gets affected from the pumps up on the hill. More Cocktails !!
