14 lbs max to fit in John's Weber. Could also be butterflied. We've never done that.

If we "butterflied" (aka spatchcocked) the turkey, we'd have to get a smaller one. We talked about that last year, IIRC, and decided to stay with the bigger bird.

Scratch this into the cement before it dries.  

Regis will always oblige a share for a spot he reserves.  He doesn't advertise so as to be available for those whom arrive late to the party, or not.  No harm no foul.
