Event Description
Our annual escape from Superbowl Madness. It will be our usual set-up .... wine, food, companionship (bring the wine and bring or buy the wood). Also, musical instruments are welcome, and maybe we can jam a little.
Saturday will probably bring the return of our culinary potluck/contest with anything eligible that is usually served in a bowl ...chili, soup, whatever.
Party Central will be spot #4. As usual, it will be rain or shine, and if it's rainy, the Tent of Doom, the Annex of Despair, and possible a few TOD clones will keep us all dry.

Hi.
I messed my back up.
had to go to the Dr.'s and get checked out. They said it will get better in a few weeks.
I Tried to make it last night, but was in so much pain that I had to turn the van around and head home.
In other words, I'm not going to make it. If anyone wants my site they are welcome to it. I think it's site number 18.

It was another great GTG.
Lots of wood, wine, food, fun, friends, family, stories and song.
The food competition was right up there with all yummy entires. It was hard to pick the best or the worst, since they were all good. A saw a coupla Volks having a food coma including myself.
I missed Kris' dinner bell to sound off the start so just walked around the table for awhile until I couldn't take it anymore and dove into the mix. Clang clang.
Weather was perfect. 'Nuff said about that.

My thanks to everybody who showed up and made the party a success, and my condolences to those who tried to get there but had "issues." All went well, except that I broke the water tap at site #4, creating much undesired moisture. But the ranger said "No worries" so I think they'll still have us back.
Special thanks to Joe and Corey for running the cook-off.
