Event Description

Getting this on the calendar for 2013. For the last few years, we've managed to grow the VW bus circle little by little for this festival. More details and instruction to come.

They have the 4 day pass, the FestivALL packs, and the onsite vehicle pass. What do you folks recommend, and is it better to get tickets early or later?

We get 4 day passes and a vehicle pass. We already have all our tickets, I pretty sure Brett does too. Last year they sold out of Vehicle passes. Festivall looks good if you think you'll go to all the late night shows and want to take advantage of the other perks too.

My question to those of you who have gone before is does a vehicle pass allow you to camp in your vehicle or just to park it in a parking lot? We want to take the Westy and camp in it, so would the "onsite" vehicle pass be the ticket we need to purchase? Don't want to make any mistakes as the prices are high. Any tips would be welcomed! Thanks in advance :)

Comment by Laura May on February 10, 2013 at 12:11am: Hi Cat - the vehicle pass allows you to camp inside the "fairgrounds" you will also need the 4-day pass for each person in the vehicle to drive through the gate. They make you show it as you drive in.

Comment by Cat Randall on February 10, 2013 at 8:58am: Thank you Laura, we pretty much thought that that was the case but wanted to be sure :) Since this is a huge venue, does this group meet somewhere and drive in together or do you just all meet up somewhere inside. Inquiring minds... :)
