300 Members! Have you seen the Member Map?

Have you guys seen the member map function of the site? It's under the "Fellow Bussers" tab. You can put your city on there. This function can be used as a way to help you get camping advice for specific members. It also can help know who is in the area in case you break down. NOTE: you don't need to put an address - you can just put the city if you are comfortable with that.

Watch out for this VW bus restoration company - Catch the Bus(t)

I am not sure whether this information will prove useful to you or your readers, but I wanted to share my awful experience of purchasing a fully restored 72 VW camper bus from Catch the Bus out of Alamogordo, NM.

In short, I waited a year, paid $30K and received a pretty but undriveable mechanical nightmare. It was on a tow truck to the local VW mechanic the day it arrived on a shipping truck from the supplier.…

Ning and VW Camper Family

VW Camper Family-

Please note that the VW Camper Family website is about to undergo some construction. Everything should be normal on your end but the layout might change over the next few weeks. This is all part of Ning's (the host of this community) plan to make money off of us. There is a plan in action (slow action) to cover us. More about that later.
