Westfalia-size sleeping bag

Does anyone know of a source for a sleeping bag that is the correct size for the bottom bed in a (Vanagon) Westfalia? 

Zipping two standard bags together results in a bag that is too big and the bulk takes up too much of the already limited width of the bed.

Hi Greg,

We use two of these: http://www.sears.com/coleman-juneau-sleeping-bag/p-00620017000P?sid...

zipped together.  They are about 3-4" too wide for the bed, but lay nice and flat.  We have used this set for about 5 years and really like the extra cushion underneath and how comfortable they are. 

We have had some issues with the zippers & had to replace one, but they were cheap enough.
