The Historic Feather River Railroad route runs on the opposite side of the river from the campground. Trains climb and descend the grade at all hours-you will be falling asleep to the rumble of the diesel engines and the squeal of steel wheels on the tracks. If you have never driven through the Feather River Canyon, it is a real treat! The weather can be variable in June.

Those looking for hot springs can find them a couple miles up the road. Formerly known as "Woody's", the Feather River Hot Springs are now associated with an RV park and cabins. I think you need to call to make a reservation.

The Twain Store is walking distance from the campground and has ice, ice cream, deli items, breakfast and lunch, beer and much more.
The camp host will have firewood for sale.

Zev has gotten super busy with work and unfortunately again we'll have to cancel this year. So I just released site 13 back into the wilds if anyone needs to book a site. Have a great time! See you next time!
Sorry to miss you, Joel, but I hope to see you down the road.

Looks like we're available next weekend, and would like to join you! John, do you still have space available to share?
Yes, I do. It's yours if you want it.
Great! We'll see you Friday!
Keep an eye on the weather forecast. Overnight lows in the upper 40's and Saturday's daytime high may only be in the 60's. There's a chance of showers on Saturday and a 50% chance on Sunday morning. Sure beats the 100-degree heat we have had in the past!
