Event Description
Our annual escape from Superbowl Madness. It will be our usual set-up .... wine, food, companionship (bring the wine and bring or buy the wood). Also, musical instruments are welcome, and maybe we can jam a little.
Saturday will probably bring the return of our culinary potluck/contest with anything eligible that is usually served in a bowl ...chili, soup, whatever.
Party Central will be spot #4. As usual, it will be rain or shine, and if it's rainy, the Tent of Doom, the Annex of Despair, and possible a few TOD clones will keep us all dry.

The VALUABLE PRIZES this year are quite special. I certainly hope that folks are planning on entering the cooking competition in hopes of winning one of the VALUABLE PRIZES.

FYI, when I was down there in January, the camp host had no firewood for sale. Pick some up along the way or at the supermarket in town.

Here is a note from Scott Persson:
I've reserved site #7, but I'm getting over the flu and my van is still up on racks. I still have some recovery and wrenching to do before I can get out there. If someone needs the site, it's available with about a 50% chance of me showing up for only a part of the weekend.

I'm bringing some wood and also some of those wax firelogs (which I got for free when they remained unsold at a garage sale).
I hope i'll be bringing my bus, too, but since it's in the shop at the moment, there are no guarantees. If it isn't ready, look for my Toyota Sienna instead. And the tent of doom will be there, too, of course.
