Event Description
It's time to get our costumes on at Finnon Lake once again. Decorate your bus, decorate you, trick or treating, spirits, camp fires and always a good time.
The lake is full and Fish & Game just stocked it with 500 lbs of trout (approximately 1,353 new fish). Catch and release only. Free disc golf for campers.
It is $20 site per night. Reservations are recommended.
Firewood available for $5/bundle delivered to your campsite.
Please note:
Mosquito Road is not an option for the buses to drive-in this year. There is a sinkhole near the bridge and they are only allowing passenger cars through. Please plan to drive in through Rock Creek Road. If this gets fixed over the summer, I will update.
Details on reservations:
Everyone should go ahead and send a deposit of $20.00 to hold their space or pay the $40.00 for the weekend. If paying by check, make a note in the memo section that you are with the VW Bus group. Payment can also be made over the phone through PayPal or through the link on their website.
A full refund will be given as long as you cancel the Wednesday before your arrival.

I checked the site and I have major trouble with it. I think it said the camp ground is totally reserved on the 28th. I hope some of the sites are our people and they havn't checked in with us. There is room for more if we share space. Sounds like a cool weekend. See ya there.

In years past, the owners haven't had any problems with multiple vehicles at a campsite. (As usual, I can put another vehicle in mine.)

John, Thanks for the offer but I just nabbed site A15 which I'd be willing to share. Also the rangerette said that Mosquito road is open but only to single vehicles only. No trailer towing. But before anyone uses Misquito road, I'd for sure call the ranger station just to reconfirm it's is infact open. No matter what, think I'll use Rock Creek road.

Your GPS will take you Mosquito Road. There are STRICT WEIGHT, LENGTH, and WIDTH RESTRICTIONS ON MOSQUITO ROAD BRIDGE!!!! IF YOUR ARE TOWING A TRAILER OR TRAVELING IN A R. V., YOU MUST TAKE ROCK CREED ROAD!!!!! If in doubt, call 530 409-5515 for travel instructions.
