Event Description
On March 31, 1965, I almost died. Every day since then has been a day I didn't deserve. It's been a gift, and I've had almost fifty years of them. I'd like to celebrate these gifts with some other gifts I've been given over the years ... the friendships I've collected from some of the most wonderful people I've had the pleasure to know.
I'll bring the Tent of Doom and wine. You bring wine, wood, and you sweet selves.

Kinda seems that the April 10-12 is doable . I penciled it in.
Need a place to meet. It seems like Del Valle but just askin'
Plus, the lower two sections have historically open on April 1.
In the past we have been to the 76-79 sites. They are about the best in that 66-98 section. Either side of 76-79 gets open and dusty but It's a good place to park.
Otherwise we have been hangin' in the 34-40 section. 37 would be good for Party Central. If there is no rain 38 and 40 are cool.
I'm open for any venue.

The 30's to 40's is what I recall. I don't remember ever being in the 70's. And I'm not talking about my age. The link above leads you to the campground map. I imagine the reservation window is now open?

For April 10 booking, January 16th is the day

The last few times I have been there we have camped in the 34-40 section. The other loops were not open. Someone should make the call on what sites we should go for so that when the window opens on Friday we are reserving close together. If you look at April 3rd (the week before we are planning on) most of the sites 22-41 are already reserved.

That's Easter weekend. My hope is the the 10-12 would be a bit more open.

And January 16 will be the day that I won't have internet, since I'll be at Buses By the Bridge. Regis, would it be possible for you to book site 37 on January 16? I should be back in Internetland by the 18th, and I can book another slot then ... whichever one you want ... at the geezer rate. Then we can just trade spots. Would that work for you?
