i was just there last month and there is a show every year there..and i met many VW peoplle there.  had a great time..there is a shop/friendly on U street..x submariner great help.

Hmm, on U street you say. I guess I will have to drive that street and look. I did find a shop that is working on here now. Would be nice to find another mechanic that knew a lot about Vanagons. Thanks for your input.
