Any ideas on how to get some heat in a VW Bus without spending a ton of money on a Propex heater, or the like? My heat exchangers and plumbing are good but still no heat. any suggestions? Thanks.

In my experience Montanans aren't really "joiners".
Sorry, that last comment of mine is probably confusing. It's in response to something you said some time ago, that "I was suprised to find that there were not as many mt's like us folk on here."
