Good Morning Big Blue!!

We are going to head up on Thursday morning, I know the campgrounds will be open for us for the event starting on Friday but can we get in on Thursday? I also noticed that there is a $5 dollar fee per day for dogs and I have 2 so I guess that is $10 a day for dogs right? Maybe we should consider sharing camp sites and dogs!!  Have a great day, Kev

Does anyone know what time we can check into the campground on Friday? Jonathan and I are taking Friday off, so though we would head up in time to arrive at perhaps 1-2 pm?

Kevin - the campground will not be open Thursday. They are opening just for us on Friday.

Mary - they will be there Friday morning. You'll be safe pulling in anytime after 10am.

Good afternoon Big Blue,

The wife and I were talking over the weekend and we had an idea I wanted to run by you since this is our first event and not sure what everyone enjoys doing. I have a portable DVD player and we were thinking that we would bring up the "Bus Movie" and have a movie night. It's a great film and really well done so all we would need is a site with hooks ups and I think I read that there is a couple of those. Let me know what your thoughts are and if you think it would be a good thing we'll bring it up! Kev

Instead of an epic bike ride, this year I'm gonna take it easy and float!  I've done it a couple times, and it's a totally fun way to spend the day... especially with some good sunshine.  

If anybody cares to join in this adventure, the more the merrier.  I am getting a 2-person sit on top kayak for myself and Leandra from King's Sport in Guerneville - they'll give a ride up to Steelhead beach and we'll land back in Guerneville several hours later.  If want to join me for a 10:30 departure from the shop you might tell them you're with Carl when you call to reserve a kayak/canoe.
