Event Description
We are going back to Sandy Beach in Rio Vista, CA. This is our annual practice run and food fest before Thanksgiving. Reserve sites soon as they may go fast if the sport fishermen/women come back this year.
Party Central will be at spot #4.

Funny, I was just reading an article in the November 2016 Sunset magazine where they discuss butterflying a turkey and cooking it on the grill. I gather that's how spatchcocking is said in more polite company. It appears to be the exact same technique. Page 83 for anyone who is interested.

Wish we were attending but I've been told by my way better half that we are fishing for Rock Cod and crab that weekend. Whatever she wants.........
