How did you mount your Hula Girl to the dash?

One of the "MOST" important things I have to do is mount my Hula Girl but I'm not sure how to go about it. How did you mount yours?

So it's magnet or double side sticky...sounds the way to go! I kept having these visions of drilling into the top of the of the dash but did NOT want to do that. Thanks for all the replies!
