Event Description
Look to book a site in Phase B - Sites 12-53 (Most are already booked). We have an enormous food fest Saturday night- a potluck featuring a turkey on the Weber and all the traditional Thanksgiving fixins that people bring to the table. Friday night this year will be Taco night-bring your favorite tacos, taco salad, pozole, quesadillas or tamales to share if you want to pig out 2 nights in a row.

Del Valle Regional Park, Livermore, CA.
One of the nicest things about this park for this event is the dishwashing station with HOT water.

Hey Regis, Thanks for looking for a friday night site... I booked Friday night and it looks like my daughter has a gymnastics meet on Saturday evening now so Sat is out for me. It's going to work out well. I'll bring salsa, chips, cheese, black beans, etc for taco night. I am in campsite #12 so i am a small walk away from the group.

Cool. Things can be played by ear for Saturday afternoon depending on when you have to leave. Check out is noon. Having your site #12 sticker on the windshield and moving to the overflow would at least be something for the Ranger to view. If you were going to try and stealth camp saturday night, doing the third vehicle thing would be the way to go, imo.

The cutting board and carving knife and forks are already in the bus so I won't forget. I will be making mashed potatoes again this year too. For Friday night I was thinking about bringing some tamales.

We will bring guacamole and maybe a little carnitas for Friday night. For Saturday we will bring a glazed butternut squash dish and an appetizer.

For Saturday, I am wavering between a wonderful crock pot carrot recipe with ginger and orange juice, a dressing/stuffing of some kind or a pumpkin something. I just don't know!!! For Friday, I am stumped. Mexican pizza in the easy-bake oven?
