Yum! (I think.)

I will bring salt potatoes (Syracuse stye), and the stuff to baste the turkey with. I may also try to bake a small loaf of bread, but don't count on that. BTW, I will also bring an aluminum pan to put the dismembered parts of the turkey for serving, but I think that Kris has already volunteered to bring the cutting board, knife, fork, and skills to carve the bird.

Hi all,

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it this year. My Mom is sick so I'm heading to Florida. I was really looking to seeing you all again for the big Turkey Day get together. I'm signing up for the 420 experience!

My site was 41 if anyone wants it. If not I'll put it back on the Solano Parks Site.

If sites 41 and 42 have been snapped up by one of us, great! Be advised that Solano County no has a reservations-only policy for camping.

My "other" at site #13 has a conflict so there is more room there if there are any stragglers looking for space. I haven't figured out what to bring food wise yet thought... is a yummy salad on anyone's food list yet?

The weather is looking pretty good for that weekend: highs in the mid-60s, lows in the mid 40s, and partly cloudy but no appreciable rainfall.

Looks like around this time next week it will be almost mimosa time :)

I'll be bringing the cutting board, knife, and serving forks for da bird, although we may need a carving expert.  Also I will be making a version of loaded mashed potatoes. 

Can't wait to see everyone again.  Have a safe trip!
