13th Annual Thanksgiving Warm-up and Food Fest at Sandy Beach Campground, Rio Vista, CA

This is #13! It's time to be back together again to consume food and make merry! We are going back to Sandy Beach in Rio Vista, CA. This is our annual practice run and food fest  before Thanksgiving. Reserve sites soon as they may go fast if the sport fishermen/women come back this year.It's a pot-luck, and I'll be roasting a turkey on-site. Our annual escape from Superbowl Madness. It will be our usual set-up .... wine, food, companionship (bring the wine and bring or buy the wood). 4/20 campout at Lake Solano County Park

In celebration of 4/20!We will be camping again at Lake Solano County Park campground, which is technically in Winters, but somewhat closer to Vacaville. You'll need to reserve a site for yourself (and maybe your pal) in the range of sites from #39 to 45. Hi Gene,

I think I saw a post that you installed a solar unit on your camper. I am wondering what you bought?

I have a 2001 Eurovan camper. I use to have a 1981 Vanagon Camper. The idea of a solar unit is intriguing to me.
